5 May Huimin's Wedding

Some photos taken at the wedding which was held at St James Church... er... no pictures of the lovely couple though. It was an enjoyable service, where you get the sense that it truly was a joyous occasion, as well as endearing moments where the couple took the time to sincerely thank all their siblings and parents, and how their family members had influenced the couple in terms of spiritual and moral character. Meanwhile Luixing had a good run at the playground there...

 

1 May Zoo Outing!

It was 1 May and James & Qiaoying and us decided to bring the kiddies to the zoo. The weather was excellent (Chunchun prayed for the weather the night before) and the kids enjoyed it most when we brought them to the water play area... since it was crowded we wisely avoided having lunch inside the zoo and we headed out to the KFC at the entrance. The rain started to pour in the afternoon but we were already safe and dry in the restaurant. We thought it was a good outing- adults had time to chitchat and the kids had more time to play with one another, instead of just seeing one another at church.
